Question

A girl has as many brothers as sisters. Each brother has twice as many sisters as brothers. What does the sibling group consist of?

If there are three brothers, each of them has two brothers and if there are also four sisters in the group, then each of the brothers has four sisters, so twice as many sisters as brothers. Each of those sisters has three brothers and three sisters – the same number of each.

If you answered A, it would be true that the brothers would have twice as many sisters as brothers, but the girls would have only one sister and two brothers.
