Playing for England

Our first set of New Tricks kids have been selected to play for the Englad U16 team in the International Online Youth Challenge.  Louis, Ethan and Jacob started learning in Year 5 when our Bridge for Schools initiative offered free lessons to their primary school, Brookfield, in Camden. They started training with the U16 squad last September and have now been selected to play in this international event.

Many congratulations to the three of them.  They are an inspiration to all of the other learners that have emerged from that project, many more of whom are now training with the squad and hoping to follow in the boys’ footsteps and wear those shirts with pride.
